Special guest announcement: Author Sonali Dev

The Jane Austen Summer Program is pleased to announce Sonali Dev, author of Pride, Prejudice, and Other Flavors,” is scheduled to speak at our symposium in June.  The novel, due out May 7, is a modern-day retelling of “Pride and Prejudice” that centers on Trisha Raje, an ambitious neurosurgeon from a powerful San Francisco family. As she navigates her complicated family relationships, Trisha butts heads with chef DJ Caine, the brother of one her patients.


Dev is the author of a number of books, including “The Bollywood Bride,” joins Uzma Jalaluddin and Soniah Kamal on our list of authors appearing at JASP. Stay tuned for a Q&A with Dev coming soon!
